Terms of use
By using the HAKUPA website, you acknowledge the following terms. Your specific accommodation or service contract is governed by the quotation, terms, confirmation and Stripe invoice agreed with you, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Enquiries and booking confirmation
Submitting dates, guest numbers or an enquiry form does not hold accommodation or confirm a booking. After checking availability, pricing, taxes and fulfilment conditions, our team will send a time-limited quotation and payment request. A booking is confirmed only after the agreed deposit is received and written confirmation is issued.
Price and payment
Amounts, currency, taxes, deposit percentage, payment deadlines and balance due dates are stated in the individual quotation and Stripe invoice. Payment is completed on Stripe's hosted page. A website success screen alone is not proof of cleared payment.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes, cancellations, no-shows, refunds, force majeure and damage liability are governed by the individual terms provided and accepted before payment. Nothing on this page excludes consumer rights that apply by law.

Images, floor areas, facilities, travel times and local-service descriptions are general information. Final availability is subject to written confirmation and on-site conditions.
