Prices and additional charges
Prices are quoted in Japanese yen and shown in the individual quotation, confirmation and Stripe invoice before payment. Consumption tax, accommodation tax, cleaning fees, optional service fees and other applicable charges will also be stated before payment.
Payment method and timing
Payment is made by card or another method supported on Stripe's hosted page. Deposit percentage and deadline, balance amount and balance deadline are stated in the individual quotation and Stripe invoice.
Service, changes and cancellations
Accommodation and related services are provided on the dates and times confirmed with you. An enquiry alone is not a booking. Change, cancellation, no-show, force-majeure and refund terms are stated in the individual terms provided before payment.
